Go Tactical gives you the feel of being in a high-end tailor’s shop. Rather than set out our entire inventory, we display a selection of our equipment and apparel in our showroom. You have a dedicated concierge to help you, and we provide room for you to relax—complete with coffee bar, wifi and an entertainment area the entire family can enjoy.
Personalized Attention
At Go Tactical, you never have to hunt down a salesperson. You will have a dedicated concierge to help you. We find the uniform pieces for your agency in your size and take your measurements for uniform tailoring and body armor fitting. Every concierge is knowledgeable about our products, so we provide product education and educated recommendations for new equipment and accessories.
Individual and Agency Profiles
To better serve those who serve our communities, we want to make every “next” time you visit Go Tactical even better—and that means faster. To that end, we create a customer profile for an agency and an individual so that we have uniform specifications, measurements, etc. available at our fingertips. So, when you need to reorder, we simply ask for updates—no need to come in before your uniform is ready for pick-up.
Remote Service
Like the officers we serve, Go Tactical is on the move. We offer on-site uniform and body armor measurements and delivery for agency-wide orders.
